What to have ready
Nothing, honestly. The diagnosis and a rough sense of where the work happened are enough to start. Records, employment history, and exposure evidence are the lawyer’s job to gather, and Pennsylvania’s industrial history is well documented. Families are often surprised how much can be reconstructed from very little.
